Modernize IBM i Apps Without Making Any Code Changes

Webinar Series Shows How Companies Are Modernizing with RAMP from LANSA

For many IBM i shops, mission-critical applications were written in RPG and COBOL, and the issue of modernization is daunting. Yet it doesn’t have to be. LANSA is announcing a new Webinar series that presents the real-life stories of how a university and an agricultural software company are modernizing their legacy applications—without changing a line of code. These organizations have learned they can modernize the most valuable portions of their systems to deliver more productive applications containing components that can execute against IBM i, Windows, UNIX, or Linux servers, or in a Web browser.

The Webinar series, hosted by LANSA Product Manager David Brault, demonstrates how RAMP from LANSA can transform legacy applications in a way that is cost effective and presents low risk and minimal disruption to employees.

Entitled “Companies Discover the Hidden Value of their Legacy Applications,” this Webinar features executives from Francis Marion University and Control Systems Software, who will share some of their experiences with RAMP from LANSA.

The next Webinar will take place Wednesday, October 22, at 1:00 p.m. CT, and Tuesday, November 4, at 11:00 a.m. CT.
